A 1916-dated German-made ammo pouch. Used by the Belgian army after WW1. The leather is still supple. It is marked JULIUS JANSEN STRASSBURG 1916 on the reverse and BAXV 1916 inside with a black stamp. A number (Belgian army) has been added. It has small damage at one of the pouches (see photo). One metal hook has been added by the Belgian army for use with the Belgian equipment.
